Yoga & Self-Massage for

Collective Care

Join us for a restorative evening of Yoga interwoven with intuitive self-massage practices, led by Dawnbee (Yoga Guide) and Courtney Foxe (Licensed Massage Therapist).

This 90-minute class blends these two healing modalities to nourish the body and remind us that rest can be a radical form of self-care and collective care.When we tend to the wisdom of our bodies with gentleness, attention, and care, we give ourselves the capacity to keep showing up for ourselves and our communities. Some moments will integrate massage and yoga simultaneously, while others will be dedicated solely to stillness, movement, or hands-on care (with consent).
