Rest is a radical step toward action, it is necessary to recharge our spirits as we continue on the road to liberation.
Restorative yoga is a gentle practice where we will use plenty of supportive props to allow our bodies and nervous systems to drop into deep states of relaxation and release.
For every offering of restorative yoga, a percentage of proceeds will be donated to organizations fighting for human rights and social justice. This monthβs proceeds will go to UNRWA (United Nations Relief & Works Agency for Palestine refugees in the Near East).
