For 20 years Nicole has been in the wellness industry specializing in nutritional supplements. A daughter of a homeopathic and naturopathic doctor, her upbringing added to her understanding of holistic lifestyles, inspiring her to learning more. Nicole received her first Access Bars session in April 2023 in Seoul, Korea and was certified as a practitioner in May 2023 in Potomac, MD. Since her certification she has held sessions in Washington DC, New York, Liverpool, Seoul, Raleigh, and Roanoke, VA. Nicole is also a musician and songwriter whose music has been used by Netflix’s Love, The Duff, Arthur, Degrassi, GoPro, Dakine and more. She currently lives in Roanoke, VA with husband and son.

Access Bars is a process that involves gently touching specific points or “bars” on the head, neck, hands and feet which are known to hold electrical energy that can build up over time, creating mental or emotional blockages.
The technique is similar in some ways to practices like acupuncture, massage or reiki in that it aims to release tension and promote relaxation. By stimulating these points, one may experience a reduction in stress, improved mental clarity, and better emotional balance.
