Join us for Elemental Embodiment, a transformative 5-week yoga and ritual series rooted in the wisdom of Ayurvedic medicine and the five sacred elements—Earth, Water, Fire, Air, and Ether.

Each week, we’ll explore one of these elements through intentional movement, breathwork, mantra, mudra, and short ritual practices designed to deepen your connection to yourself and the world around you. This holistic series invites you to move, feel, reflect, and create with the elements as your guide—remembering your innate connection to nature and the cycles of life.

What to Expect Each Week:

  • A 60-minute yoga class inspired by the qualities of one sacred element

  • Breath practices, meditations, and affirmations tailored to each theme

  • A 30-minute ritual within class to support integration

  • Creative reflection prompts and energetic tools to nurture transformation

  • Optional altar suggestions and elemental mudras

5 Week Outline

  • ✺ Week 1 : Prithvi (Earth)

    Theme: Grounding, stability, support, and connection to the physical body.

    Focus: Root chakra (Muladhara), legs, feet, and foundation.

    Ritual Practice: earthing/walking/grounding/practicing outside if weather allows

  • ✺ Week 2: Apas (Water)

    Theme: Fluidity, emotion, creativity, sensuality

    Focus: Sacral chakra (Svadhisthana), hips, pelvis, and spine mobility

    Ritual Practice: Moon water blessing and creative expression using watercolor

  • ✺ Week 3: Agni (Fire)

    Theme: Transformation, power, action, will

    Focus: Solar plexus (Manipura), core strength, digestion

    Ritual Practice: candle gazing & “burn and release” writing practice

  • ✺ Week 4: Vayu (Air)

    Theme: Expansion, love, breath, movement

    Focus: Heart chakra (Anahata), chest, shoulders, and upper back

    Ritual Practice: Feather altar creation

  • ✺ Week 5: Akasha (Ether)

    Theme: Consciousness, expression, stillness, spacious awareness

    Focus: Throat, third eye, and crown chakras; inner listening and expression

    Ritual Practice: Guided silence, followed by sound bath
